After the first Certification Course advisors can obtain up to four higher levels of certification:

Certification Training and Continued Education Program for Business Advisors
To obtain your next level advisors must complete three qualifying “Continued Education Workshops” (2 hours) along with an annual Re-certification (4 hours).

Professional Advisor Certificate
To become a GrowthWheel Certified Professional Advisor you must have 1 year of experience using GrowthWheel and have completed the following three qualifying CE Workshops plus a re-certification in the most recent year:
Impact: How to make GrowthPlans that makes a difference
Advisors will work with best practices and different ways to make GrowthPlans that can lead to real economic impact and stronger companies.
Revenue: How to help clients increase sales
Advisors will work with GrowthWheel tools that can help clients get new customers, keep them coming back, and grow the volume of business from them.
Profitability: How to help clients make money
Advisors will work with GrowthWheel tools that can help clients increase their profitability by increasing their gross margin or their net profit.
Specialist Advisor Certificate
To become a GrowthWheel Certified Specialist Advisor you
must have 2 years of experience using GrowthWheel and have completed the following three qualifying CE Workshops plus a re-certification in the most recent year:
Strategy: Practical Strategic Planning with GrowthWheel
Advisors will work with a simple approach to make strategy practical and useful for companies of any size and life-stage.
Expansion: New Market Entry with GrowthWheel
Advisors will learn how to help clients grow their business through entering a new national or international market.
Financials: Simple Financial Planning with GrowthWheel
Advisors will learn how to help clients improve their financial planning.
Expert Advisor Certificate
To become a GrowthWheel Certified Expert Advisor you
must have 3 years of experience using GrowthWheel and have completed the following three qualifying CE Workshops plus a re-certification in the most recent year:

Continued Education for Workshop Facilitators and Educators
The GrowthWheel Continued Education (CE) program also includes the option of becoming certified as an Educator of Small Businesses.
After the initial Certification Course advisors can obtain up to five higher levels of certification:
GrowthWheel Certified Trainers will have received training in how to facilitate in-person or online workshops using GrowthWheel tools and training materials.
GrowthWheel Certified Course Planners will have received training in how to plan, design and execute monthly or quarterly workshop programs in the 20 GrowthWheel Focus Areas.
GrowthWheel Certified Co-instructors and Instructors will have received training in how to train other advisors, so they can facilitate GrowthWheel Certification Workshops or other professional development workshops for other business advisors.
Trainer Certificate
To become a GrowthWheel Certified Trainer you must be a GrowthWheel Certified Advisor, have completed the following two qualifying CE Workshops and conducted one GrowthWheel Workshop after completing this training:
Facilitating Workshops with GrowthWheel Tools
You will learn how to provide in-person, Live Online or OnDemand (recorded) workshops for clients by using the GrowthWheel workshop materials.
