GrowthWheel for Mentors
—Make the most of your time with mentees

If you are a mentor associated with a GrowthWheel Certified Partner, you can get a Mentor License and access to your shared clients on GrowthWheel Online. 

With a Mentor License, you will be part of your associated organization's network on GrowthWheel Online, where you can collaborate with your colleagues and clients.

You will get access to all information about the clients and their progress on GrowthWheel Online. This makes it easy to work together with the advisor and give the client a better service. Also, the associated advisor can view the work you do for your shared clients, so you don't waste time on long briefings, but can get straight to the point.

Mentors have access to the actions below:

  • Create 360° Screenings

  • Update or comment on the 30-60-90 Days Plan

  • Monitor or add Ambitions and Outcomes

  • View or download the client's Business Profile

  • Log the interaction they have with your clients and track time spent

  • View mentee analytics

#1 Create a Mentor Profile

You can create a Mentor Profile, where you can add information about your background, competences, and industry expertise. 

You can download, print, and share a one-page Mentor Profile with your associated advisor or clients to let them know how they can benefit from your expertise.

#2 Get a quick overview of your clients' Business Profile

With access to your clients' Business Profile on GrowthWheel Online, you get the information you need to give the best advice to clients.

The Business Profile keeps all information about
the mentee in one place.

 

#3 Work smarter with cloud-based tools

With access to our cloud-based Business Toolbox, including the 360° Screening, the 30-60-90 Days Plan, and the Scoreboard, you can help clients make decisions and take action while staying on track with their progress made alone or at a session.

You can easily monitor all your activities with the client, so your associated advisor can see what you are doing with the client and vice versa.

With a GrowthWheel Certification and License you can manage your relationship with external mentors on GrowthWheel Online.

In the menu "My Network" you can add mentors, create mentor profiles, and download them as good-looking PDFs.
