GrowthWheel and European Rules on Data Protection

To make sure your data stays safe with us, we have updated our Privacy Policy to reflect the requirements of the upcoming European data protection law (GDPR), which comes into force on May 25, 2018. You can find the entire privacy policy in the left side menu, but to give you a quick overview of the contents, we have added the key topics below.

We want to make our policies and terms as clear and transparent to our users as possible, so as always, we have tried to write it in a simple and plain language.

As the owner of your data you have all the rights to decide what should happen with it. However, you can only exercise these rights if you are aware of their existence, so we have made a simple sum up of all the things you are actually able to do, or request that we do with your data, whether it is editing, deleting, or moving them from our system to another.

What data do we have on you and why

Our privacy policy gives you an overview of which data we actually have on you and what we use the data for. This data includes your name and contact information, your job title and what organization you work for. Also we collect statistical information about your usage of the online platform in order to improve our services and offerings to you and the other GrowthWheel users.

Who got access to your data

We don’t share your personal information with people outside GrowthWheel International Inc. and the mother company GrowthWheel International ApS and our employees only have access to the data they need to provide you with the products and services you requested. As for the data on your client companies, only the software development team in GrowthWheel can technically get access to these information, and they will only access this data if necessary for operational purposes.
